Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in a training program or utilizing services from PowerFactorCoaching, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These policies apply to all participants and users of our career development services and technical skills training platforms.

2. Training Programs and Trade Workshops

PowerFactorCoaching provides expert technical electrical workshops and career development services. Guided by B Corp values, our methodology focuses on safety and performance. Programs are delivered as described in our official curriculum, subject to updates in industrial standards.

3. Registration Obligations

To access specialized technical skills training and workshop files, users must maintain a registered account. You agree to provide accurate data. PowerFactorCoaching reserves the right to terminate access if information is false, ensuring integrity within our skilled trade community.

4. Training Fees and Cancellations

Fees for technical workshops and career development services are non-refundable upon commencement. Cancellations received at least 72 hours before the start date may be eligible for credit toward future training programs, administered at the discretion of PowerFactorCoaching.

5. Intellectual Property

All training materials, including Grounding and Distribution frameworks and technical guides, are the property of PowerFactorCoaching. As a social impact-focused organization, we protect these proprietary resources. No reproduction is allowed without formal written authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability

PowerFactorCoaching provides technical education and career development services. We do not guarantee employment or specific licensing from regulatory agencies. We are not liable for any losses resulting from the application of techniques taught during our training sessions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Canada. Any legal disputes arising from our training programs or workshops shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the judicial systems in the Province of Ontario.
